Decline in Combat on Verkgu XII

Hostilites on Verkgu XII have come to a decline as of 06/05/2017 at 13:16. The conflict has already claimed at least 22 lives and seen the loss of 19 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/05/2017 at 13:18 when battle elements of Alien-Breed engaged the forces of GlidoU. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Verkgu XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 18 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
