Decline in Combat on Leviso XII

Hostilites on Leviso XII have come to a decline as of 12/23/2013 at 13:01. The conflict has already claimed at least 16 lives and seen the loss of 13 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/23/2013 at 12:50 when battle elements of Grappler engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Leviso XII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 8 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
