Decline in Engagements

Hostilites in Neolci have come to a decline as of 02/22/2014 at 13:43. The conflict has already claimed at least 4,800 lives and seen the loss of 13 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/22/2014 at 13:43 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Clubbers. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

The Galactic Trade Commission has begun taking advantage of the pause in combat to make large progress on clearing the debris left behind from the battles.
