Decline in Combat on Perssi XI

Hostilites on Perssi XI have come to a decline as of 12/07/2014 at 05:12. The conflict has already claimed at least 11,507 lives and seen the loss of 267 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/07/2014 at 05:02 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
