Decline in Combat on Perssi IV

Hostilites on Perssi IV have come to a decline as of 03/31/2012 at 17:19. The conflict has already claimed at least 1,856 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/31/2012 at 17:16 when battle elements of Artyom15 engaged the forces of Raven08. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 6 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
