Decline in Combat on Perssi XI

Hostilites on Perssi XI have come to a decline as of 06/04/2015 at 10:32. The conflict has already claimed at least 11,523 lives and seen the loss of 308 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/04/2015 at 10:20 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi XI are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
