Decline in Combat on Cogsni IV

Hostilites on Cogsni IV have come to a decline as of 08/07/2015 at 00:47. The conflict has already claimed at least 645 lives and seen the loss of 45 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/07/2015 at 00:41 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
