Decline in Combat on Neolci I

Hostilites on Neolci I have come to a decline as of 08/29/2015 at 23:35. The conflict has already claimed at least 5 lives and seen the loss of 5 units and facilities.

Battle began 08/29/2015 at 23:33 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 5 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
