Citizens of Docchu XVI upset about the Homeless rate

Reporters inside Docchu XVI are reporting that Homeless rates have driven the population of Docchu XVI to march in protest of Raven08's policies. "This is absolutely ridiculous!" says one disgruntled citizen of Docchu XVI. "How can Raven08 expect the people of this planet to go on living with the Homeless rate being as it is? It?s bad policies that lead people like myself to take such drastic actions! Raven08 needs to pay more attention to the Homeless rate or we all may be forced to take more drastic actions!"
