Hostilites on Cogsni IV have come to a decline as of 12/31/2015 at 01:13. The conflict has already claimed at least 620 lives and seen the loss of 20 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/31/2015 at 01:14 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
