Decline in Combat on Cogsni IV

Hostilites on Cogsni IV have come to a decline as of 04/18/2016 at 20:28. The conflict has already claimed at least 614 lives and seen the loss of 14 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/18/2016 at 20:30 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of Fragged. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogsni IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
