Decline in Combat on Vacxca IV

Hostilites on Vacxca IV have come to a decline as of 06/27/2016 at 13:19. The conflict has already claimed at least 123 lives and seen the loss of 3 units and facilities.

Battle began 06/27/2016 at 13:20 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of ASSASSINA. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
