Celebration Begins On Unne V for Ruiko

Congratulations to Ruiko for being recognized as Governor. This is a great milestone for Ruiko's domain and a majority of Ruiko's citizens are extremely satisfied.

A small number of citizens remain guarded until Ruiko proves that the promotion was indeed a positive step for their society.
