Decline in Combat on Perssi I

Hostilites on Perssi I have come to a decline as of 02/29/2012 at 00:14. The conflict has already claimed at least 104 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/29/2012 at 00:15 when battle elements of SirParadox engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Perssi I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 0 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
