Death Toll Rises on Zoafre III

Over 1,260 dead and even more wounded as conflict continues on Zoafre III. Forces of Pirates have engaged the forces of Deveroes in numerous attacks and counter attacks. The conflict that began 11/21/2012 at 19:17 has seen the loss of 29 units on both sides of the battle.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. Contacts within the GTC have indicated that trade routes remain unaffected from the hostilities.

The citizens of the empires involved in the war are victims as 78,708 homes have been destroyed and 7,967 jobs have been removed from the economy due to lost factories and other facilities.
