Hostilites on Quicma I have come to a decline as of 02/20/2013 at 22:04. The conflict has already claimed at least 6 lives and seen the loss of 6 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/20/2013 at 22:04 when battle elements of Deveroes engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
