Decline in Combat on Docchu X

Hostilites on Docchu X have come to a decline as of 02/23/2013 at 00:34. The conflict has already claimed at least 64 lives and seen the loss of 8 units and facilities.

Battle began 02/23/2013 at 00:27 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Deveroes. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
