Decline in Combat on Perssi V

Hostilites on Perssi V have come to a decline as of 04/17/2013 at 20:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 7 lives and seen the loss of 1 units and facilities.

Battle began 04/17/2013 at 21:00 when battle elements of Raven08 engaged the forces of Sniv. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
