Decline in Combat on Lucepi I

Hostilites on Lucepi I have come to a decline as of 05/12/2013 at 14:20. The conflict has already claimed at least 69 lives and seen the loss of 69 units and facilities.

Battle began 05/12/2013 at 14:21 when battle elements of Havoc engaged the forces of Ghosage. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Lucepi I are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 69 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
