Decline in Combat on Cogthu X

Hostilites on Cogthu X have come to a decline as of 03/30/2016 at 16:42. The conflict has already claimed at least 278 lives and seen the loss of 22 units and facilities.

Battle began 03/30/2016 at 16:31 when battle elements of Amerlain and Gideon engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Cogthu X are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 19 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
