Planetary Battle Begins on Verkgu III

A large battle began today at 12/08/2016 at 16:03 on Verkgu III. Forces of Leocatan and Yann72 engaged contingents belonging to Pirates in a violent clash of explosions and weapons fire.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. The battle, in its early stages, has already claimed 862 lives and has seen 2 military assets left destroyed. The citizens of Verkgu III are concerned of the conflict. No reports of civilian casualties have been made, however, at this time it is too early to determine whether the conflict will claim lives of the citizens of Verkgu III.
