Decline in Combat on Neolci IV

Hostilites on Neolci IV have come to a decline as of 12/08/2016 at 15:58. The conflict has already claimed at least 9,453 lives and seen the loss of 61 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/08/2016 at 16:00 when battle elements of Bunny232 engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 59 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
