Decline in Combat on Neolci XVII

Hostilites on Neolci XVII have come to a decline as of 12/08/2016 at 20:25. The conflict has already claimed at least 9 lives and seen the loss of 9 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/08/2016 at 20:14 when battle elements of Amerlain engaged the forces of Pirates. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Neolci XVII are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 8 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
