Decline in Combat on Topvor IV

Hostilites on Topvor IV have come to a decline as of 12/09/2016 at 09:25. The conflict has already claimed at least 2 lives and seen the loss of 2 units and facilities.

Battle began 12/09/2016 at 09:26 when battle elements of Pirates engaged the forces of TinyDjiant. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.

Citizens of Topvor IV are equally skeptical as the combat has already claimed countless lives of civilians and wrecked 2 facilities on both sides of the war. The individual colonial governments are anxious to begin the rebuilding process.
