Planetary Battle Begins on Menzza IX

A large battle began today at 06/24/2019 at 01:02 on Menzza IX. Forces of Ferigad engaged contingents belonging to Pirates in a violent clash of explosions and weapons fire.

Sources indicate that no end to the conflict can be determined at this time. The battle, in its early stages, has already claimed 261 lives and has seen 1 military assets left destroyed. The citizens of Menzza IX are concerned of the conflict. No reports of civilian casualties have been made, however, at this time it is too early to determine whether the conflict will claim lives of the citizens of Menzza IX.
