Hostilites on Neolci XVII have come to a decline as of 11/03/2020 at 21:48. The conflict has already claimed at least 77 lives and seen the loss of 77 units and facilities.

Battle began 11/03/2020 at 21:48 when battle elements of Agatian engaged the forces of Endstar. Skeptics feel this decline in combat may only be temporary and warn against regarding it as a downward trend.
