Citizens of Lucsce XVI upset about the Homeless rate

Reporters inside Lucsce XVI are reporting that Homeless rates have driven the population of Lucsce XVI to march in protest of Agatian's policies. "This is absolutely ridiculous!" says one disgruntled citizen of Lucsce XVI. "How can Agatian expect the people of this planet to go on living with the Homeless rate being as it is? It?s bad policies that lead people like myself to take such drastic actions! Agatian needs to pay more attention to the Homeless rate or we all may be forced to take more drastic actions!"
